NO TRESPASSING OR LOITERING

Park in your assigned space

Keep the space and area around your space free of debris or trash

NO Dumping of any kind ANYWHERE on the property

NO Mechanical repairs allowed to be made ANYWHERE on the property

NO TIRE or OIL CHANGES are to take place ANYWHERE on the property

NO Hazardous materials allowed onto the property for any length of time or in any form

No alcohol, illicit substances (drugs), firearms, or knives allowed onsite

Lock your vehicle

Do not leave any items of value in view of windows

Park at your own risk. Mendoza Truck Park is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked anywhere at our facility

Any Vehicle found to be parked without authorization directly from Mendoza Truck Park staff will be towed at the vehicle owners expense

Failure to adhere to any of these rules or the rules outlined in the signed contract can result in fines, towing, eviction and/or arrest.
