PRO TIP: To speed the process up be sure to attach copies of your drivers license and insurance at the bottom of the form. 

Once all necessary documents have been completed and processed by our staff, you have been issues a spot number and map of the site, and payments have been processed an email will be sent to you that will include set up instructions and passwords for our gate operating system.  

A valid Texas drivers license and current insurance is required for every vehicle you register with us. 

*only registered vehicles are permitted onsite, unregistered vehicles found onsite will be towed at the expense of the person or persons whom owns the towed vehicle.

We offer a month to month reservation with auto renewal billing, this means that as long as the monthly lot fee is paid your spot is reserved until we receive a 30-day advance notice for cancellation of your reservation. 

Not yet, but we are working on placing 2 portable facilities onsite for you to use!

We offer trailer-only, truck-only, combo (truck + trailer), and personal vehicle spaces.  

Space pricing is $180 per month (plus tax and admin fees) with auto-payments occurring on the 1st business day of every month.*

A deposit is required before site access is granted in the amount of $180 (plus admin fees).  

*Upon move out your deposit becomes eligible for refund as long as all criteria of your signed contract have been met including 30 days written notice prior to move out. 

*Any payments made after the 5th of the month are charged a $25 late fee. 

Pro-rated pricing upon booking reservation is calculated as $6 per day for remaining days for that month.

No pro-rated amounts are calculated upon moving out of your spot.*
